The trailer and official synopsis have been released. We’re promised that it’s chock-full of Christmas music and new songs too, and it’s set to land on December 10 th. It’s directed by Chris Cottam, and stars Freda Pinto, Iwan Rheon, Helena Zengel and Alfie Boe. Sky meanwhile has backed a second festive feature project, with A Christmas Number One, on that looks like it’s going to play on every festive instrument it can find. A Boy Called Christmas lands via Sky and in cinemas this Friday, and Warner Bros has Aml Ameen’s promising-looking Boxing Day on December 3 rd. Still, this year is already looking a little better in that regard. It’s really hard to make a memorable Christmas movie, as many have found over the last few years.
